Email, Slack & Telegram alerts
The point of rating.so is that you don’t have to remember to check. Alerts come to you.
Per-domain controls
On the dashboard, each domain has an Alerts panel with these toggles:
- Email alerts — DR-change emails to your account address.
- Slack alerts — same events posted to a Slack channel (Basic+).
- Telegram alerts — same events sent as a Telegram message from the rating.so bot (Basic+). Connect it once in Settings → Integrations — tap “Connect Telegram” and hit Start in the chat that opens.
What triggers an alert
- Domain Rating goes up or down.
- A notable referring domain is gained or lost.
Weekly recap email
Every week rating.so sends a recap digest summarizing how each of your domains moved — DR change and new links — so you get the big picture without opening the app. Toggle it in Settings → Notifications.
Email types

goal_reached | When Domain Rating crosses a goal you set on the domain. |

team_invite | When you’re invited to a workspace (Agency). |
team_role | When your role in a workspace changes. |
Emails are sent through Resend. Without a key configured, sends are logged to the server console instead.
Account-wide defaults
In Settings → Notifications you can set whether new domains start with email/Slack/Telegram alerts on, plus opt into the weekly recap digest.
